If you want to learn Persian, you have come to the right place! This site offers a free online Persian language course for every level. Persian belongs to the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European languages. It is spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, and has official-language status in these three countries. In this website we focus on teaching the Persian Language spoken in Iran, which is known locally as “Farsi”. On this site, you will find nicely designed Persian language lessons, exercises and exams, through which you will gain enough language skills to easily understand a conversation and communicate with other people in a Farsi/Persian speaking country. We also maintain a forum for people interested in the Persian language, and those of you who want to travel to Iran.
